Ginger January 4, 2012 at 11:41 am: Last month I couldn’t find anything I was looking for from the sales flyer. After asking at customer service, I was told one item I wanted could be special ordered, but not at the sale price.

I suggest that if you include items in your sales flyer they be readily available, tagged on the shelf, and actually stocked in the store. Duh.

Hi Ginger,

Thank you for letting us know your concern. We are truly sorry you had this experience and understand that it can be frustrating to not have a publicized sale item available in the store. December was our first go at the Healthy Advantage pre-set promotional program which ended 12/31/11. We also were frustrated to not be able to offer all the products in the program’s pre-printed flyer on our store shelves. We were able to special order sale products for several customers and I am sorry that we were not effective in accomplishing this for you.

But keep the faith…we do have a solution! We have customized the January Healthy Advantage flyer and are happy to say that every item on the flyer is available in the store (as long as our distributor has the product in stock). Today was the first day of this promotion cycle and you can find the deals on our website. We hope this month will be a more rewarding experience for you! Thank you once again for your communication.
