A very important owner’s meeting will be held on March 9th at 6:00 PM at the Medford Public Library. It is important that as many owners as possible attend as we will be voting to fill all seven of the Broad of Director positions.

Positions are for one-year or two-years. More information and ballots will be provided at the March 9th meeting. The reason for filling all seven positions this time is that all of the current board members were temporary appointments. The new board will select a board member to be President of the Board.
On another note, postcards were recently sent to members regarding the upcoming March 9th owner’s meeting. Over 200 of our members, and that might include you, have requested no mail be sent through the postal service. This group only wants to receive information via Email. A few of those may still see a postcard announcing the upcoming meeting. If that is you, and you requested no postal service, please know that we have you down but perhaps the record updating wasn’t done soon enough for this mailing. Your preference has been recorded and will be correct in the next mailing.
