Minutes of Board Meeting September 21, 2009

Call to order: 6:00 PM

Present: Directors: Jim Sims., John Miele, Steve Kraft., Augustine  Colebrook, and Tommy Larson. Absent: John Statler.

The minutes of the September 6, 2009 meeting were read and approved.

Community Events Committee:

The first Co-op house party was Friday Sept, 11. at the Linder residence.
The Co-op picnic was September 20 at Bear Creek Park, 1-3 PM.
Jim spoke to two Soroptomist groups this past week.
The Grilla Bite fundraiser is scheduled for October 3 at 7 PM with food and music

Site Review Committee:

New letters of intent were received from Foodland’s lessor and sublessor for review.
The Board dined with the owners of Bear Creek Plaza Sept. 20 to discuss their site.

Old business: Steve K reported that sequential numbers have now been assigned to all Co-op owners.
