With COVID-19 cases on the rise in Jackson County, we want to take a moment to update our community on the current policies and procedures at the Co-op.
The future is not something we enter. The future is something we create. – Leonard Sweet
We recognize that the Co-op is an important resource for our community to access healthy food to stock their pantries, replenish cleaning supplies, and purchase wellness products. As we continue to offer essential services to the community, we are also doing everything we can to minimize risk for staff and shoppers.
In light of the current news about COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus, the Co-op is taking additional steps for the health of shoppers and staff members.
When we established the Positive Change program in January of this year, our goal was to raise $500 to $1,000 each month. After the numbers were tallied at the end of the first month, we were amazed to discover our community had stepped up with $2,465.11 to donate to Community Works!
