Erica Idso-Weisz

Erica Idso-Weisz is passionate about ALL things food! Her values of land stewardship, food preservation, regenerative practices, pollination efforts & education shine through in her engagement in the world. She has dedicated her life to serving under-served, rural communities in her work as a mental health therapist and administrator. She also co-owns and runs a sustainable, micro-farm, Itty Bitty Acres Farm in beautiful Sam’s Valley. Their farm provides farm-fresh products through regenerative practices, is a place for educational opportunities and cultivates community. Additionally, she runs her farm-inspired catering, Mountain Mama Kitchen, in collaboration with their family farm. She is enthusiastic about relationships and our access to local food systems. She is so excited about the opportunity to join the Medford Food Co-op Board to share her knowledge, experiences and focus on fostering community & food resiliency. We can all do our itty bitty part to improve our world!
