As a registered dietitian and advocate for community wellness, Wendy is passionate about ensuring that our food co-op continues to thrive as a trusted source of healthy, sustainable, and accessible food options. With a background in nutrition, public health, and wellness programming, Wendy brings a unique perspective to support the Co-op’s mission and long-term vision.

Wendy believes in the power of collaborative leadership, evidence-based decision-making, and forward-thinking strategies to enhance the Co-op’s success. Wendy’s experience in education and policy evaluation equips her to thoughtfully assess information, engage with diverse perspectives, and contribute to shaping a sustainable future for our community.

Wendy would be honored to serve on the MFC Board of Directors to help guide the Co-op’s continued growth and impact.
