Peggy Leviton
Peggy has served on the board since 2021. Upon moving to the Rogue Valley in 2017, she was happy to discover and join the Medford Food Co-op. Peggy relocated from Humboldt County, where she worked as Finance Director of Food for People and served on the board of the North Coast Co-op. Peggy's career in finance focused on non-profit organizations and local governments. She finds that the co-op system provides a healthy business model for everyone involved, just as a thriving local organic food movement contributes to a healthy community. Peggy's active life in the Rogue Valley also includes hiking, classical music, and Vedic chanting. She is honored to serve the Medford Food Co-op as it continues to grow and thrive.
