Brine, Brew & Barrel celebrates the multicultural culinary tradition of fermentation with tastings, workshops, expert talks, and special events!
The festival will kick off with the Brew Bash on Friday, January 12th from 6:30 – 8:30pm. Additional special events include the Hot Sauce & Bloody Mary Brunch Buffet from 9:30am – 12:30pm on Saturday, January 13th, and the Cider Social that evening from 7:00 – 9:00pm. Hands-on fermentation workshops will be offered on Saturday and Sunday, as well as the Fermentation Festival and Vendor Marketplace from 11:00am – 4:00pm featuring pickles, krauts, kombucha, beer, wine, cider, chocolate, cheese, coffee, sourdough, and more.
