Started in 2010, Schultz Wines is a family owned boutique winery located in the beautiful Applegate Valley AVA of Southern Oregon. They select premium sustainably farmed grapes that are gently guided through fermentation and aged with minimal intervention to produce wines of exceptional complexity and character.
