Two Ways to Celebrate Earth Day

We're celebrating Earth Day two ways in 2016! Join us in Medford and get your hands dirty for Bear Creek Stewardship Day where we'll be cleaning up litter along the Bear Creek Greenway from Barnett Road to McAndrews Road -OR- swing by ScienceWorks Hands-on Museum in Ashland and join in the Rogue Valley Earth Day festivities. Or do both! Both events are FREE and take place on Saturday, April 23rd. See below for details on each event.

What: Volunteer clean-up along Bear Creek Greenway

Where: From McAndrews Road to Barnett Road

When: Saturday, April 23, 8:30am - 12:00pm - PLEASE REGISTER by April 17th at www.bearcreekstewards.org

Details: Ages 8 & up are welcome. All tools provided. Lunch provided following the clean up from 12-1pm. Sign up from 8:30-9am with two sign up locations: along the Greenway at Barnett Road or McAndrews Road.

 

Rogue Valley Earth Day: Rising to the Challenge

What: Exhibits, live entertainment, kids activities, and food & beer

Where: Outdoors at ScienceWorks Museum in Ashland

When: Saturday, April 23, 11:00am - 4:00pm
